Seeking coinvestor on excellent value add four-plex!

Hello!

I have a great little four plex I'm buying through a Roth IRA/LLC. Due to COVID, the lender increased their down payment requirements. I'm looking for someone interested in coinvesting or a non-recourse lender to take over financing.

The property is an excellent value add property with 99% occupancy over the last three years. With rents well below market and updates/renovation ready to go, this will have an excellent turn around.
