Section 8 Renting in South East and Mid West States

Jordi Valado
Posted

Hi All,

I have been diving into the idea of section 8 investing in the south east and mid west states. I would like to connect with investors who have had success with this method in these areas, preferably out of state investors. My ideal plan is to invest within a Trust using seller finance options and DSCR loans if it is possible. Please let me know what state you are finding your success in, I would love to connect and pick your brain.

Thank you!

Hi Jordi:

I can help answer any questions you have about DSCR loans. We work with a lot of out of state investors like yourself. Let me know how I can help.
