Nice! I lived in San Diego for a while (Marine Corps), and that would be the perfect area to drop them in. I'd aim to evaluate MTR for military members along with STR if the city/HOA permits it. Not sure if Boxabl allows it, but you could get in touch with them so interested buyers rent yours out first to see if they like it. Might be a nice stream of guests if you can land that partnership.
