What would you do with 2 million in Cash?

If you had two million in cash right now, what would you do with it? Would you buy a distressed commercial building; put tenants there and refinance? Would you buy a fully functioning apartment? Would you rehab houses, or rent houses? I'd like to know your thoughts. Thanks!!
