Anyone know of any Lease Option professionals (i.e. investors/companies) that provide lease option opportunities for couples looking to buy in the southern CA area? Any referrals would be appreciated!

Thank you.

@Ruben Banuelos

From my experience, lease options in SoCal are rare. I'm not sure if they still exist. With housing price so high and market so hot, the cost of the option might be high too.

There are occasional seller financed homes on the market/off-market. You can ask your realtor to look for seller financed homes. They can filter them out. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I am also interested in finding out. Hope you get some answer!
