Questions about finding tenants

Hi Denver team - I'm an operator of a tech-enabled rental marketing platform called Zumper Select. We offer a service in Denver (and a few other markets) to large multifamily companies where we pre-qualify leads for them and set up tours.

My question for those on this forum is to see if there's a market for this service in the investor/landlord space. In Denver alone we have 1000s of pre-screened renters. Typically we charge a months rent, but I'd love to hear what you all in the market think.

Also, we'd love to beta test it for a few properties - if anyone is open to a quick convo to discuss beta or just general feedback, please direct message me!
