Radiant Property Inspection in Tampa

Has anyone used Radiant Property Inspection for home inspection?

Are they good and can be trusted? 

I am going to hire them to do a home inspection.  I won’t be there, and my broker is out of town till next week Wednesday. My contract has the inspection window that expired on Friday. 

I am debating whether to schedule them do home inspection on Monday by themselves or wait till Wednesday to have my broker present during the inspection. 

Will I have enough time if I schedule it on Wednesday and get the report on Thursday evening to review and asking questions (the inspection window expired the next day evening)?

Or should I schedule it on Monday without my broker being there and trust Radiant Property Inspection do their job?
