I'm a Realtor local to the area ( I live in O4W and have an office in VAHI & Decatur) and take property management clients on a one-off basis. Essentially, I look for solid investors who have good properties and want to be outstanding landlords. My expectation is that I'll provide equally outstanding tenants. I charge one month's rent to find and verify tenants and charge 8% of rent to mange the property. 

If you want your cheapest option, I'm not him. But, it you want a licensed agent who knows the area and is responsive, let's chat.
