I've been looking at downtown Aurora lately for rental properties, and there are definitely opportunities.  However, I see the school districts are not the best, and that has been scaring me away.  Does anyone have rental properties in downtown Aurora and are willing to share their experiences with tenants, demand, etc.?

@Chad Whitman   I do not have any properties in Aurora, however, I have sat down with multiple local investors including @Patrice Boenzi whom have cited Aurora as a great area for rental properties.  Depends on the type of rental population you are after and your ultimate goal for the property.  There are pockets in Aurora that are zoned into Batavia/Naperville school districts which are highly sought after and would be the best of both worlds.
