Price/sqft for fix n flips
Hey! I am curious what average rates per sqft you guys are getting for a small, medium, large, and full gut remodel?

Rates are really area dependent. And by small medium large and full gut- what's the definition of these sizes? Like are we talking square feet or are we looking at work required? And then what determines a "small" remodel vs a "large" or "full gut".
I’m doing a pretty invasive rehab in Ohio right now that is about 30$/sqft. Your costs will obviously depend on the materials you’re using and if there’s structural work to do, among many other things.
The best way to know what you’ll be paying is to just get multiple contractor bids for your deal. You’ll start to learn what will cost what the more deals you look at/do. I’m still learning also.
