Manchester Vermont General Contractor?
Hey all! I'm located in the Chittenden County area of Vermont, but my partner and I are looking at purchasing a 5-unit in Manchester, VT. Since we are not too familiar with Southern Vermont, does anyone on BiggerPockets have recommendations for local general contractors/handymen we could call to get a quote on repairs?

I am currently looking into building a log cabin kit and hiring a general contractor. I am located in northern Vermont so Jon Hoffman unfortunately won't be able to work, but what do you know about Frank with F&S Builders?

These guys trained w/ Jon and started their own company. They are in Bennington/southern VT as well.
To anyone reading: If you get a bid from Hoffman, make sure EVERYTHING he quotes is in writing before you move forward.
