Hi all, I am 19 years old and new in real estate investing, 1315 Lehigh Way SE, Albany, OR 97322 just came on the market, and I am looking to do a flip. I ran numbers through the Bigger Pockets Calculator but I am still unsure if it would be a good deal or not. Thanks so much for any help offered.
