Live in rehab, walk through checklist

I am looking into doing a live in rehab of an old property. I am looking for some type of excell fill in the blanks spreadsheet to use to count # of windows, doors outlets etc and everything else os I don't overlook anything. looking for something I can easily carry around house on a clipboard and fill out with trying to flip through an entire book  of pages. If anyone has something like that they would like to share please post the
