Rehab SOW and numbers from recent flips

Good Morning Bigger Pockets family,

I am trying to get a better understanding of rehab budgets, specifically the range of cost for different "levels" of SF/small MF flips. I have read the BP Book on Estimating Rehab costs and I understand there are many variables that go into determining the SOW and total rehab budget. I have the "classroom" knowledge and before I attempt a larger fix/flip or flip/hold, it would help make me significantly if I could see a few different real examples.

Would anyone mind sharing an example of a recent flip - what your SOW and budget was for the flip? I would appreciate it tremendously!

This is like asking: how much does it cost to buy a car?  Well, I can find a $300 scrap car in a junkyard (still a car) or a mint condition original 1960s Ferrari race car for $50mm+.

And even with a scope of work, it is fairly meaningless because my scope, my finish selection and my labor rates are different than yours.

But I guess, high level:
1700 sq ft house
Total rehab cost: $230k

Tree fell through rough, so all new roof joists and roof.  Expanded a section of roof to pull in a master bath in what had been deadspace under a steeply sloped roof.
Refinished flooring, paint throughout, all new kitchen with wall taken down.  new electrical and plumbing throughout.  New closet systems.  Removal of chimney (tree damage and cheaper than mason to fix).  Mason work on exterior brick where tree knocked out part of second floor wall.  A couple new windows to help with floorplan changes on second floor.  New siding on second floor expansion.  This is a tudor, so had some concrete board panels and trim boards.

I would call the finishes mid-grade overall, but with a high design feel.

Budget was $160k on rehab.  Thought we could simply replace a few joists versus all new roof structure.  Didn't plan on expanding and adding second bath, until we realized we needed all new roof anyways.  Mason work was more expensive than initial budgeted, etc
