What does your rehab process for a duplex that needs cosmetic work?

I am purchasing a duplex. Both sides need a cosmetic rehab, one of the units has a tenant that i will have to remove from the unit. Step by Step what does a pro flippers process look like when is comes to rehabbing their flip. There will be no gutting, but we will be installing new doors, screen doors, closet doors, vanities, toilets, flooring, paint entire property including cabinets, and replace all handles and light switches and receptacles. What should the rehab process be phase by phase. Looking to have this project organized and set clear expectations with my contractor from the beginning.
