Hi my name is Gavin, I'm brand new to real-estate, but I'm wanting to get some hands on experience with property scouting for buyers who are willing to work with a newbie bird-dog, networking with my level of experience seems to be difficult, but if anyone is looking for a willing property scout, I'd love to work with them.
