roof leak detection

My roofer is not interested in coming to discover the leak in my roof. The cooler guy has been here twice, and again says it's the roofer needs to come.
What should I do next? The roof is less than a year old. There is a product warranty and a labor guarantee. I need to read both.
They are now members of the local BBB, as of 2/29/08, but have been in business here for several years, I think.
