Contractor consultants?
Here is something I've noticed when working with contractors -- the little guys mostly never have a website, let alone advertising except for some quick little Craigslist ad, some don't have business cards, etc. And they indicate that they're not busy enough.
Is there a market for helping contractors market themselves?
