Depending on what you want to purchase Renters Warehouse and Goodall Properties are two of the better options. Goodall only manages higher end properties - maybe over $1200 a month in rent if I recall. I know there is a BP member with a firm in Clive (one of the burbs) and I am not recalling his name as I only recently met him... yet he had a good pricing structure and seemed like a solid option.

James, I don't have a recommendation for you (yet) but I am looking for the same thing. I'll be starting out in 2019 to buy single and multi-family investments and need a property manager to manage it for me.  

I'll keep my eye out for you and I'd appreciate the same.
