We are closing on our first 4plex in a couple weeks.  Where do you recommend we get a rental agreement form?

Your local real estate investors group. Your state's realtors are also likely to have a form they use. You will want to create your own. I also like Mike Butler's book on landlording for good advice on what to put in it. good luck!
