I'm a multifamily investor with property in Worcester and looking too acquire more in 2019. I'd love to pick up good BRRRR candidates that are 3+ family and am planning on using private lending for cash purchases. I've previously acquired property on the MLS but am now hoping to expand my funnel. Does anybody have good wholesaling referrals or resource recommendations? Thanks!

Can you explain a little more about some of your parameters? Price ranges, etc? What is your target market? Worcester is home to a number of colleges. Is that your angle?

it is hard to do the college market since there are a lot of local, invested professional landlords who do that market.  They get deals for cash and do great rehabs and get the best student rentals.  if someone dies, they are there with a bag of cash to buy from the kids.  there are other markets in worcester but you need to know each particular neighborhood and see if that is a match for your investment goals
