South Mississippi foreclosures

Hey folks,

I am working on a deal on a triplex in Long beach. It took a long time to find and I think moving forward I want to begin to look more closely at foreclosures. Have any of you had any experience with the foreclosure websites? Or maybe you know of a better way to get more early exposure to them.

Any advise would be appreciated.
