From your reno experience, do these estimates seem reasonable? 

@Ivana Gojkovic the numbers on the link you provided are generic.  Expect Reno, Nevada to be on the high end of most of those costs because of the labor shortage and premium Real Estate prices.

As a builder I agree. Reno is a hot market and growing rapidly. This is great but expect to pay a little more and wait a little longer.
