I am buying few properties in New Castle, PA for rentals. I need good property Management company who can manager them. Please refer. Also share your experience on the out of state rentals  as  well ? Appreciate your help.

I can't tell you who is good in that area, but I can tell you one company to stay far away from. Do not work with 2M Management. They're based out of Beaver Falls and I had an absolutely awful experience with them managing my property. Good luck.

I have two properties in New Castle and am interested in getting between 8 & 10 over the next 2 years.

I do not have a PM lined up yet (self managing these two) but will need one soon!

How are you guys making out for those that have properties in New Castle? The price per quality is definitely there but I have not bought yet because it seems as though there was like a mass exodus in the last couple years. I have never seen so many decent houses come up for so cheap.

Would love to get some practical real world experience from those that own properties there as it's only 30 mins from my house.
