If you know of a reputable contractor (general, plumbing, electrical, etc) in Pittsburgh, please reply! Have contract on an 1800 sq ft SFR that is gutted and needs renovation.

Make sure you don’t hire Jeremy Pace (Allegheny Remodel/JPPM). He did terrible work and ripped me off for $5,000 plus another $2k in work I have to redo. Total loser. See my previous post. I’ve had 4-5 people respond and say they got ripped off by him as well. 
Wish I had someone to recommend but haven’t had much luck finding a reliable, available and reasonable priced one myself.

Avoid Matt or Alex Walker. Father and son used to own a company called "Three Rivers Decks and Porches" which has gone bankrupt within the last year, but I'm sure these two are out in the contracting space somewhere. Some serious issues with these guys, just google the company name and read for yourself.
