Hello everyone, I'm Dom from the D.C Metropolitan area residing in Pittsburgh for work. I randomly found the BiggerPockets podcast and have grown to see some great potential in real estate in the future assuming I take action. I graduated a year ago from university and am currently working. I have some student debt I'm taking care of for the next year or two. Then I plan to hit the ground running but until then I'll be absorbing as much knowledge and analyzing deals for practice.

I'd love to chat with anyone local in the area Pittsburgh/ D.C area regarding their experience with renting while still having some debt of some sort.
