I’m sorry I don’t have a recommendation but can you let me know who you currently use and why you are switching? I only have investments in Newport News but plan to expand to Virginia Beach eventually and want to know who to stay away from. I currently live in Virginia Beach so I may end up self managing but I’m unsure yet.

I have several properties in Norfolk and use Leland real estate. I have been extremely happy with their price, knowledge and service. Ask for Jonathon. He is also a licensed broker and I use him as my agent as well. You will not be disappointed. 

Keffer Realty services VA beach and has done a great job for me. Lowest rates in the area too at 8%, a rare combination.
