Wondering About "REIA of Washington"

Hey, all! I'm just getting started (and new to the area) and wanting to network, or at least, learn from the savvy investors in Washington. I saw that there's a REIA that meets in the Seattle area, but I haven't seen much in the way of people talking about it on here. Although, I admit that I haven't delved too far into the posts.

So, my question is: are there any BP members up in the area who actually attend these? Are their meetings any good? Or do they just try to sell?
