I'm a local real estate investor & agent in Watertown NY.  I'm reaching out to see if anyone in the Upstate Ny/Watertown area would be interested in meeting up for coffee?  I'm currently in the market for partners/investors for deals I have in the pipeline.  Being involved in the area as an agent puts me infront of a lot of people who want to sell their properties for way under market value, but I can only handle a limited amount with my own funds/time.

Lets meet sometime . I am not sure if I can help you or you could help me . But I would be interested in at least swapping stories of what we are trying to do and see if there is a fit. You are right going about this alone is difficult . I am a coffee drinker however I prefer my own coffee (never can get the right mix of creamer and sugar) so I am not sure where you would like to meet to talk . Let me know I sure we can figure out a place and time .

I'm a "newbie" by definition with one duplex under my belt but would be interested in meeting up as well to share stories and explore opportunities.  I work downtown so coffee meetings would work well for me.  Looking forward to it!  Let us know some dates and we can go from there.

A business partner of mine is from the Watertown area, Adams Center to be exact are very interested in the area. I also lived in downtown Watertown over 20 years ago. Over the last few years, my business partner and I have been looking for buy and holds in the area. Over those same years, I’ve bought two more properties for a total of 8 units but in other areas (Alabama and Georgia). All said, I’d like to shift some of my attention to Watertown, multi family, 4+ units. Let’s talk.
