My friend needs an apartment - Please Help

My friend used to rent from my parents a few years ago but they had to kick her out so another relative could move in. She rented from them for a year and never missed a rent payment. For the past two years she has not found a stable place to live because she is working with such a tight budget. The only places that she could find on short notice are sketchy apartments where the landlord has asked her for sexual favors. This happened with two different landlords. She recently found a place where she is subletting but then when covid hit the over tenant could not pay the rent. So the current landlord cut off all the utilities. She is now looking for a new place. If anyone knows of a decent landlord that has a vacant space please reach out to me. I would appreciate any help I can get
