Ai - Real Estate (and I want to ask YOU 🫵🏻)

Curious: How do you think AI will impact property management, leasing, and landlording?

I was recently chatting with a friend who manages around $250 million in AUM, spread across about 10 syndicated multifamily apartment deals he’s put together over the past decade. Seven of them are performing well, while three have been more challenging given the recent market shifts.

What stood out to me is how impressed he’s been with Elise.AI for leasing and tenant communications. It got me thinking:

What have you all tried, looked into, or are thinking about when it comes to integrating AI into property management or leasing operations?

I’d love to hear real-world experiences, tools you’re exploring, and your thoughts on where this is headed. Are you an early adopter, part of the early majority, or part of the late majority when it comes to new tech like this?
