City-by-city real estate sentiment tracking.

Hey all —
I’m a software developer (formerly worked with data suppliers for JLL, Cushman, etc.).

I recently launched a dashboard that tracks geo-distributed sentiment timelines — basically, how the tone of real estate news and commentary shifts across U.S. cities week by week.

It’s meant to help spot early momentum changes — upswings, fear, etc.

It’s not a product I’m pushing right now, but I’d love to know:
Would this kind of tool help you in your research, investing decisions, or deal timing?

If there’s interest, I can post a screenshot or send a link.
Happy to get feedback — critical or curious.

Thanks!
