How do you market your real estate services online without burning money or spamming

Posted

How do you actually market real estate services online without wasting money or annoying people?

I’ve been wondering how people who offer things directly to real estate professionals get traction. Ads feel super competitive and expensive. Social media works, but it takes a ton of effort to stay consistent. And jumping into public discussions like Reddit or BiggerPockets can easily come off the wrong way if you’re not careful.

I’ve been trying to get more traction on a software I built for real estate investors, but I haven’t figured out the best way to get it in front of the right people.

Curious what’s worked for you. What approaches have actually helped you reach the right audience?
