"Hot market" "cold market" trends
My family is considering relocating. My wife and i intend to invest wherever we end up. However, id like to understand the RE markets to weigh this topic into our decision.
Is there any website/tool/report etc. That shows year over year market trend? Basically, i would like to know where hot and cold markets are and as far as the neutral markets, which way they are trending.

Pretty sure you can see this on Zillow? Not sure if we're on the same page.
usa.com ranks cities based on a number of factors, not sure if they do year over year but its a great place to start.
