Hey everyone!

I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Mitch White, born in Miami, raised in Stuart, and just moved back to Stuart after a long hiatus abroad. I'm a real estate agent and looking to find and purchase my first deal very soon.

Anyone invest in Palm Beach County and Martin County? Would love to network!

Cheers,

Mitch

@David Collier Jr that data is for the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach Metro Statistical Area and is from Florida Realtors. It definitely will be interesting to see what happens with the April and May numbers as the leading indicators were showing quite a slowdown. My anecdotal experience however is that with some cities starting to open up and lift restrictions, people are starting to request showings again.
