    Not to be persnickety, but, a little more detail, please.  What is the property type, do you have network connections with a "bank or a big company."  

     Start there.

    if you have a commercial property you are trying to lease, a brokerage house might be your best bet. They will take a size able commission, but that's the sacrifice for a painless way to get credit tenancy in your property.
