Or post on HAR (find a realtor to do it for a flat fee). That goes to zillow, hotpads, etc automatically via syndication. We don't post on FB or CL anymore (not that you shouldn't, it's just too time consuming for my team) and we get on average almost 100 email inquires a day. Most are trash (which is why we automate replies) but we get enough good ones to stay full.
