I am planning on moving to Hampstead NC to semi retire and invest in sf rentals.  Does anybody have any thoughts on 

the rental market there? 

The rental market here and in Leland is great. They have the second best schools in the state (topsail elementary and middle). Lots of upper middle class here and military officers
