Seeking a Builder in Cottonwood, Arizona

I live in Phoenix, Arizona and have land in Cottonwood, Arizona (about 90 minutes from Phoenix). We are going to build a short-term rental property on the land (Cottonwood is a hot place for a weekend getaway). The unit will be about 1,300+/- square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We are seeking a builder who understands and has experience with rental properties. So far, the builders we are seeking with are more luxury home builders. Our target is $100 / sq foot.
