Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $91,000
Cash invested: $70,000
This property was purchased originally as a flip. As it began going over budget in areas I was able to quickly pivot into a buy and hold strategy. Upon completion I will be able to cash out refi the property, rent and repeat!
