Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Festus.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $20,000

Property #21. Bought off MLS for $195,000 with a 4% interest rate at 25 yr am a commercial lender. Sold as a Lease with Option to Buy at $200,000 price at $2,000/month.

Low cash in. Tenant in place before we close. High cash on cash ROI

our tenant-buyer picked out the home off the MLS
