Best way to connect with prospects for BRRRR?

I'm looking to connect with people that own properties in Florida and Tennessee to start a BRRRR but I'm having trouble getting homeowners to answers calls or even find their numbers. any tips?

I would reach out to local real estate agents who specialize in investment properties. They may have leads on distressed or off-market properties to get you connected.

@Cameron Ward if you are looking to wholesale have you connected with any real estate groups in your area? I would recommend reaching out to some local real estate groups. There are some that will post on the Bigger Pockets market place but you'll find tons of them on Facebook. Just search things like "X City/State Real Estate Investor" or something like that. Some of those groups have tens of thousands of members. You should have plenty of references to some there. I would also suggest to start networking with some in your area as well. Many of them will meet in person and you never know who would will meet or learn at these groups. Meetup.com is a great place for those as well.
