Cash out refinance

Breland Clark

I bought my first STR this year using a house hack method. I want to cash out as an investment property putting me at a 8% but I don't know anyone that has done this. Is there anyone that knows the BRRRR method that can advise?

Hi Breland -

Congrats on your first STR! If you are looking to do a cash out it will be 75% LTV max (for most lenders) and around 7-7.5%. It is a great method when you are looking to scale your portolio. Happy to connect with you and answer further questions.
