BRRRR Book by David Greene

I listened to this audiobook and thought it had incredible amounts of great information. I listened and made personal notes on getting started and what it takes to do the BRRRR method. A question that arose is when successfully BRRRRing properties and raising the equity of the property from the rehab. The refi will then give you a loan from the property's new value. So doing so you're able to re-invest the money and get another property to BRRRR. You're not necessarily getting big cash payments from doing this you're only getting the rent from the tenant and over time will make you a great cash flow return. This is the main goal from doing the BRRRR investment method correct?
