I’m looking to do my first wholesale deal and am shopping for agents. Any suggestions ? I also would like to talk to an Attorney who has experience with this. Any escrow suggestions ?

You won't find an agent or even a wholesaler who will bring good wholesale deals to a newbie in San Diego.  San Diego RE is in such high demand that it is unlikely the discount on a wholesale property would be very much anyway.
