Real estate investor meetup. Southwest suburbs Chicago
I’d like to connect with one or more local real estate investors in the southwest suburbs of Chicago (Naperville, Plainfield, etc.)
Any recommendations on meetup events, clubs, or anyone in particular open for a one-on-one coffee?

There is a DuPage Co group that meets up every 3rd Wed of the month in Downers Grove at Emmett's Ale House starting at 6:30.

I'm not sure if there's any closer to where you're talking about, though. I live in Montgomery, have a couple properties in Iowa, and looking to acquire small multifamilies in far western suburbs as well. (Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego, Yorkville).
