Looking for deals in Appleton WI
Newer investors here looking to connect and land more deals! We (my wife and I) own one duplex now and just wrapped up our first flip. I'm an acquisitions agent for a local wholesaler so I see lots of deals come through our office, but I'm looking for more opportunities!
Who is finding off- market deals around the valley? We are currently stuck with HMLs and commercial financing which has pushed us out of a few deals. We continue to look at deals we find on the MLS and ones that come from other wholesalers but were ITCHING to build our portfolio.
