Do you use a different phone number for each mail piece?

Im looking to send out my first mailing next week - do you all use a different phone number for each mail piece?  If so do you use google voice?  I tried adding a second number to my google voice and now it says theres no more San Antonio numbers.  I read about call fire in one of the posts but they want $10 per line per month and then they also charge per minute - any advise is welcomed.
