Advice on my Real Estate Analysis Website: Ivy-st.com

Evan G.
Posted

Hi all.

Over the past few months, I've been working on a project to make real estate deal analysis as efficient as possible. I created the site ivy-st.com, which combines property search tools like Zillow or Realtor.com with deal analysis.

I'm about to graduate with my computer science degree, and this is my capstone project, so I would like to make the site the best it can be. I would love for some of you to take a look and hopefully get some value from the site. If you have any advice or questions, respond to this post or send me a message, and I'm happy to make any improvements.

The site is completely free to use, except for the rental estimate tool (but I'm working on making that part free too). I don't make any money from the site, so I hope this post doesn't break any rules about advertising. I'm just looking for some advice.

Currently, the site is pretty unusable on a phone, but it works on a computer. I'm working on supporting mobile phones in the near future, but stick with using your computer until then.

Thanks!
-Evan
