Young investor trying to produce generational wealth
I am a 26-year-old fireman/investor in Abilene, TX. I currently own 3 properties and have 2 flips or possible rentals going for a total of 5 (all in the last 12 months). I am seeking advice/a mentor willing to look at my numbers and help me clarify my plans. I use flipping to make the income to purchase properties, and from there, I try to determine which ones to hold and rent and which ones to sell. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in a small/rural area that is seeing massive growth, if it helps any. I have reached out to many local investors to no avail.
